Fees and PaymentsPlease note: Fees, tuition and other charges are subject to change without notice. Notwithstanding currently posted tuition and fees, all fees, tuition or other charges which students are required to pay each semester are subject to increase by action of the Board of Regents at any time before the commencement of classes (primarily due to budgetary shortfalls). The amount you are charged at the time of registration is not a final bill and may be increased. You will receive a supplemental invoice for any additional amounts which the Board of Regents may impose. Fee changes put in place less than 30 days before commencement of classes will not be subject to late fee penalties. Payment in full is required by 5 p.m., Dec. 28, 2009, the first day of Wintermester. Financial aid and/or Millennium Scholarships may not be applied to Wintermester classes as enrollment is limited to a maximum of four credits, which does not constitute full-time status required for funding. The consolidated fees for Wintermester classes are $148.00 per undergraduate credit and $224.75 per graduate credit. These fees apply to undergraduate and graduate credits including audit. Certain additional course fees may apply to cover the costs of labs, materials, transportation, or special instruction. Textbooks and/or required course materials are additional. Textbooks and course materials are available for purchase at the ASUN Bookstore on campus. Payment in full is due Dec. 28, 2009, by 5 p.m., and may be made with cash, check via Cashier's Office or credit card via ePAWS. Wintermester fees will appear as Spring charges. Millennium ScholarsOnly four credits may be taken during Wintermester. Consequently, Millennium Scholarships will not pay for Wintermester tuition when fees are due. However, Millennium Scholarship recipients will be reimbursed in Spring when the Spring distribution occurs. Refunds and withdrawalsA full refund of registration fees may be granted to students who officially drop a Wintermester course on or before the second day of class, Dec. 29, 2009, by 5 p.m. via ePAWS. After that date a 50 percent refund of registration fees may be requested until Dec. 30, 2009, by 5 p.m., with a complete withdrawal from Wintermester. No refunds will be issued after that date. Withdrawals may not be done verbally. All drops must be done through ePAWS. If a student ceases to attend class and does not officially drop the class through ePAWS, he/she will be assigned a grade of “F” on his/her transcript for the class.
